We were given a 2h couple pamper package as a gift. Booking online for couples is impossible so I called and had to leave a voice message. My call was returned the same day and an appointment was setup. There is no dedicated parking for the spa and during the week all close parking is charged for. The staff were pleasant and courteous and the atmosphere was superb. I thought the single heat pump / air con was working overtime and not adequate for the place as it was still quite warm. All in all, I would make use of this spa again.

I was gifted a voucher for a 2hour pamper session and it was so lovely. The 2 ladies working yesterday were so welcoming and polite. The day spa was lovely and clean and very calming. Thank you so much for well needed massage. I really appreciate it. Also they helped me choose the right creams and cleansers that they used on my facial so I could do it at home too. Thanks again ladies. It was well worth traveling all the way over from Kawau Island. Many thanks. Highly recommended.

All of them are very professional and very friendly, especially Maya who is the one who attended me the last times!!  They have good treatments! 100% recommended!!

I bought a voucher for my partner to get a mani-pedi done as a gift prior to our wedding. A day after getting the mani-pedi done, she returned to the store to give the store feedback on how the manicure changed in a matter of a few hours and got worse over the next 24hrs. It started to get all bumpy, swelled up and didn’t look good. Apparently the gel wasn’t dried correctly. My partner requested if the manicure could be corrected as not only was it not done well, but also because it was for an important occasion, her wedding! The staff in store treated her terribly, to the point she ended up in tears in store. They ended up trying to redo the nail after making her cry and ended up breaking one of her nails while over filing it. They claimed that the nail was too weak and hence broke. She left the store in tears. Who does this...  Regardless of whether a customer comes in with a voucher or pays the full price, you treat all your customers the same. That’s customer service 101 in any business. Not only is the level of skill of certain staff members terrible, but also the nature of customer service absolutely appalling. ‘Zero’ empathy / problem solving abilities.  I wouldn’t recommend going here for any sort of a relaxing treatment.

I had a really lovely massage and facial today. It was really relaxing and the girls were all lovely, friendly and professional. I do have to be honest and say that the location and building is really noisy and you can hear everything - the people next door, the nail assistant cutting nails, people moving around upstairs, and people outside. I had to knock a star off because this does make it pretty hard to fully relax.  I would also recommend that before the massage, it would be a great idea to ask the client a few questions:  -Is there anywhere that we need to avoid for the massage? - are there any areas of tension that you would like us to focus on? - what type of pressure do you prefer?  It would also be amazing to have a shoulder massage or something while waiting for the 10 Minutes for the face mask, rather than someone leaving the room for the 10 minutes :  With this said, everything was still lovely, and I left feeling nice and relaxed.

Totally disappointed with the service. I got a gift card from a friend who sadly passed away hence it was her last remembrance and when we got there we were told we cannot choose the service we preffered when our other friend who got the exact same voucher had that option. Moreover, my husband wasnt even given the scrub that was supposed to be included.the 15 minute back massage was so effortless.she used only one hand and even if you asked for the pressure to be adjusted, it didnt improve. The facial made our face so itchy and it was truly a waste of time, money, and resources for you to even go there.  It was really a huge let down.

Fabulous manicure and pedicure. The salon stayed open late for my appointment just before Christmas, which I so appreciated. The technician was friendly, relaxed and did an impeccable job with my shellac nails. She was so careful and thorough at every stage, and checked in with me that I was happy with the shaping, colour etc. and this showed in the final look of the nails. 3 weeks on and although my nails are starting to grow out the nails and colour are still in great condition. Thank you!
