In August 2021 I was gifted a voucher from this spa for “The Pamper Queen - pure indulgence” valued at $389, for my birthday.I  was very excited for the experience but unfortunately the long lockdown happened right away and I wasn’t able to use it. I refused to ask for a refund as it wouldn’t be fair on the business which was my mistake. The voucher was expired and I didn’t even received a notification for it. Last September I called the spa to see if the voucher can be extended considering the situation however the manager was not available so my details as well as the voucher’s details were taken so the manager can contact me the next day, but no one did. A few weeks later I called again and I was told by a staff that the voucher was extended and expired even though I was never informed. I asked if there is anyone that I can contact that might be able to reactive the voucher and was given the regional manager’s email address. I emailed them and now it’s been weeks and I never got a reply.  I am very disappointed with the lack of response. Is this what I get for supporting a local business?

Thanks Mikayla! I really enjoyed my facial and massage this afternoon. Love the new range of products used too. Parking was easy and the place was cosy and warm.

Just had my first appointment here this evening on 19/3/20 and I LOVED IT!  Feeling sooooo much more relaxed now and my skin is super nourished. Tracey-Maree was my beauty therapist and I believe she is the therapy manager also, and she trains other Forme Spa beauty therapists. With that in mind, I’d highly recommend her and anyone trained by her! She’s very experienced and lovely. Meanwhile, the Parnell Forme Spa itself is GORGEOUS! The ceilings and some Art Deco touches etc. My photos won’t do the experience justice, so Id recommend people book their own appointments to enjoy Forme Spa for themselves. Their gift vouchers are a great idea also by the way. Friends of mine gifted me a voucher towards my treatment tonight and it was much appreciated.

I recently had a massage and facial with a lovely therapist called Sakura. I’ve had a lot of massages and beauty treatments but this was definitely one of the best. She was also so lovely! Will be back soon :

I enjoyed the Autumn package yesterday with the 20 mins massage and one hour facial. Sakura was amazing. Possibly the best facial and massage I have ever had. I felt like I was floating on a cloud - I will be back. Thank you

Therapist, Sakura is very experienced and gives the best massage. Also had facial treatments here with other therapist and they were wonderful. Felt much pampered and relaxed afterwards. Highly recommend Forme Spa at Parnell!

Had a facial with the incredible Tracy-Ann who was an utmost professional in every way. She has been with Forme for over 14 years and it shows. Her knowledge of skincare was so deep - it wasn’t just a facial but an assessment of my skin and what I need moving forward to improve it.

Beautiful out of the way spa with onsite parking. Just off the main road, but easy to access. Very calm feel about the place as soon as you walk in. I loved that there was a relaxing scent in arrival that helped to relax.  Clean and spacious.
