Always exceptional. East Day Spa always take the time to explain their therapies so you get exactly what you like and they check in with you along the way. Their therapy rooms are beautiful, their therapists are always amazing.

We booked a couples 2hr treatment that the staff kept getting wrong so had to ring and email what we wanted to confirm. Once we arrived at our appointment, they still had the details incorrect and so our romantic retreat was a very dismal experience.

My partner and I received vouchers and to be honest I wasn't all that keen as I've never done anything like this before. Wow what an experience, felt like we started relaxing as soon as got there and the staff were fantastic! I would go again.
