Story

At Bella Mama we feel passionate about caring supporting and celebrating women throughout the exciting journey which is pregnancy, birth and motherhood. Our role is to provide high quality, specialist treatments to women in the luxurious and nurturing environment of our Pregnancy Spa and Wellness Centre located in Belmont, North Shore. As well as massage therapy we also provide a range of beauty therapy and spa treatments as well as natural health and wellness including naturopathy and acupuncture.

We also support our clients with a range of aromatherapy skincare products and provide advice on the many benefits of massage, yoga and infant massage.

Bella Mama is committed to the highest quality on-going training and education for our therapists and staff. We also take a keen interest in international research studies which point to the beneficial effects of touch therapy and yoga on women at all stages of their lives, with a special interest in mother wellness, birth outcomes and the bonding process between infant and parent.

We hope that our work will spread these positive benefits to women and children throughout New Zealand.
