Booked an appointment with Anne for 4.30pm, she rang at 4:15pm to ask for it to be changed to 5pm which I agreed . when I turned up ten minutes early at 4.50pm and waited for 25 min, at 5:15pm -15 min post appointment time , I was told she can’t do it and someone else will do my massage . I asked Anne why, she gestured to me she’s got a sore tummy - while another customer just came in and said he’s got an appointment with Anne- which is a obviouse awkward lie gone wrong . I booked for an hour appointment and how could someone else turn up at the time slot I booked in and you could serve them but not me ? Is it because I am not your regular customer ? Or am I a new customer that you don’t appreciate ? I came specifically for Anne and all I’ve got was a simple message that someone else is doing my massage. Anne then replied saying I was the one that changed the appointment time - a simple lie . Especially after waiting for so long and it’s late in the day I couldn’t go anywhere else . This level of customer service is appealing and I shall not return.
Love the atmosphere, massage and overall experience. Very clean and professional, loads of massage options to select from, Great value for money. Best place to relax after a busy day. Will definitely book another massage soon.
Nice location, facilities and staffs. Also the massage that I had was lovely. I need to have massage every week!!!
The ladies at this spa are incredible. They are skilled, and adept at reading/understanding exactly what your body needs. I would definitely come back again!
