Awesome complex.  Our second time here, had a ball with our grannies, they loved the kiddies pool area.nThere are 5 different pool areas.nSafe place.  Kind staff.nPlenty of changing rooms.nNice large family rooms too 4nHighly recommend this place.nAlso close to food places for an afterwards treat :-

Clean, assessable for disabled people, facilities are well maintained. Friendly staff. Some days notnoften unable to access due to no show from life guards. This was addressed by management it has happened since. Suggest consistency of the rules regarding swim wear, not everyone follows the rule of appropriate swim wear, T Shirts etc

Lovely pools, nice and clean. Kids enjoyed the features of the toddler pool. Only thing I would say need improving is fixed locks on the family changing rooms and boost the temperature up a notch, kids lips were purple!

We myself and 3 double digit aged children frequent these pools often. This time has been a disappointment with 1 young lifeguard taking power to her head and acting as The General.nnApparently if you're of white complexion you are not allowed to respectfully play with a handball in the pool increase swimming skills, you are not allowed to play touch increase water skills, you are not allowed to do anything but sit with hands on heads, whilst others are allowed to boisterously have freedom of doing the same, plus some. Unfortunately I have to check out other pools for a while until The General moves on

Entry is free for Adult & kids, Other days were fine. But today's visit was shocking. Need to warm toddler pool up more. Toilets need to be clean regularly around the clock as there were poo stains on all the toilet seats & all over the walls. Family changing rooms need to be supervised as other swimmers without kids use it leaving family with kids standing waiting. Grass outside needs to be cut.
