We were helped by Dean, who made the buying experience so quick and easy! The vehicle I looked at online didn't make the cut but we were able to test drive various cars until we found the right fit. Dean From 0800 Best Deal Cars Onehunga was a star. He was looking after my sister Linda and was quick, efficient, super helpful, went above and beyond, all boxes ticked. We received a great car at a great price are super happy with the end result. Would 100% reccomend, the prices are more than fair.
We had a really good experience here. We showed up directly from the airport, and were able to find a car straight away. The staff were friendly, helpful, and eager to please. They took care of all of the paperwork—it was so easy. Even helped set up insurance. Car worked great, no problems. At the end of our two-month stay in New Zealand, we dropped the car back off here and sold it back to them. Again, extremely easy, no hassle at all. Way better than renting a car for two months. Would definitely use this place again.
Friendly service on Monday: Lukas made the process easy from start; pick up was for today. When I came to collect my car, NOtHING was done to sort the few issues I had; they did sort it in a rush while we wait. The results was poor; car was not polished and buffed; only certain area - the end result extremely poor. When we drove off, found the petrol light on and barely made it home.
Getting a car there as went so smoothly, I can really recommend it. I told them roughly what I needed and they were able to immediately give the perfect recommendations. The staff is friendly, competent and knowledgeable. A special shoutout to Kate, thanks for the lovely chat -1 Star because the general inspection was way overdue as I found out later and should’ve been done by the car dealership prior to the sale.
