I had a great experience in Sportsco. The range is excellent, I took home some Brooks Adrenaline runners and the service I received was exemplary. Cheers guys, will be back when I need some more quality gear.

Sportsco Ipswich only offers refunds in the form of store credit which has a 6 months expiry and is not redeemable at other sprotsco stores. I was only advised of this after a purchase was made so when returning a pair of shoes, they refused to give me a refund.  I wouldn't go back there again based on this type of support.

On Thursday 10/2/22 I went into sportsco for the first time looking for a specific type of shoe for my daughter, unfortunately they didn’t have that type in stock. From the very first greeting from entering the store until the end of the transaction the customer service we had received was absolutely perfect. The gentleman that served us was happy to go above and beyond to help my daughter with her decision in another type of shoe, both staff were friendly and amazing. I will be back for any further purchases. Thankyou so much

Cannot recommend the team at Sport Co Riverlink enough! Within 5 minutes of walking into the shop they had identified the issue right foot rolling inwards due to worn out running shoes, causing some pretty bad hip pain and provided a perfect solution! Stoked with my new Brooks runners and the advice provided by the team. All this for about $100 less than my last runners. Keep up the great work!

I had a Terrible experience when walking into this shop asked the lady if they had the Nike thongs I was wearing and got a rude reply from her saying my thongs I was wearing aren’t even good more then once and tried selling me something I didn’t even want, never before experienced this disgusting retail customer service never ever would recommend this place! Hopefully this lady looses her job.

Great staff fair prices an if he doesn’t have it in store they will do all they can to get for you at no extra charge

The owner was fantastic and a rare owner that knew what he was selling. I have a recent heel spur he was able to assist with some sports inner soles designed for this problem now 1st time in 6mths I have been able to walk without pain. I'll be back for new shoes soon..

In November 2019 I was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis in my foot. I visited this store to buy good supportive shoes and am very happy with the service I received. The young woman attendant was helpful and knowledgeable about my condition and also suggested special insoles which have been very beneficial in the healing process. Great store.
