Best place to get your nails done!! Never overcharged or misguided. Got SNS on my real nails and lasted for at least 3 weeks. I do normal dishes and washing and never wore gloves or anything!! Amazing quality!! Lovely staffs and love how they make me feel awesome the moment I enter the place. You can't go wrong by getting your nails done here.

Ma ch , weird is all I can say. Emma has been doing my nails for 8yrs & I wouldn't dream of letting anyone else near my nails. I have been having nails done for 22yrs in total and find Spoilt Rotten the best by far. Sorry but I just don't believe those nails were done by Emma. All of the girls are very professional and welcoming. Will defs be staying with Emma and the girls at Spoilt Rotten & have never been overcharged..

PLEASE READ: If I could rate using negative values, I would. This review has been a long time coming, however, I had to wait to use a voucher. My mum was given a voucher to have her nails done for her birthday (a first time experience for her) and she wanted me to join her for this. I was "served" by the owner, Emma, who was incredibly dismissive to me, spoke to all her friends, her two daughters who were lounging around talking about Instagram, and so forth. We had also booked our appointment well in advance, and even still, we were made to wait at LEAST 30 minutes before being seen. On top of the unprofessional and unfriendly service, my mum was overcharged. In terms of the quality of our nails (SNS).. they lasted a whole 1 week. Not even. We took care, and ensured we wore gloves when washing dishes, etc. We also don't partake in strenuous work that would lead to any damage being done to our nails. My nails were crooked, uneven and incredibly thick, and the shape was wonky and very disproportionate. They looked like a "home-job" or DIY nails that you can buy from the store... that were stuck on incorrectly. I decided to message the salon and inform them of my poor nail job, and they organised a day for me to return and have them "fixed". This was another HORRIBLE experience, Emma was once again gossiping with her friend, even when she saw me sitting down waiting, and heard me report to reception. She walked outside to look at her friend's car... Then, once she finally came in to see me... there was no apology provided for the horrible job... and all she did was file back a nail... no fix-up. I will never return. I honestly cannot see how these reviews are true. They seem factitious, and forged by friends/family. We will NOT be returning and will inform people of this horrible experience.
