I was  charged $75 dollars for a wash/ blow dry, and some waves created with a ghd. I showed the stylist a picture of the style I was after. I was after the tousled look and was given ringlets instead which were brushed out and then looked slightly frizzy. Staff need to update their skills and pay attention to what the client wants.

My partner brought my 4 year old in.
After showing a picture and told to illustrate his desire to keep it long; it was butchered.

Seriously the worst haircut any of my kids have ever had, and we've had a 12 year old Aunty take it upon herself to give him one before.
Terrible, will never be back, would recommend against.

$45 for a men's short back and sides.?? The rear line was not even close to straight. Staff were friendly though
