Love this place, avoid weekends if possible- it can be super busy But $5 for an upper lip wax! I'm happy to wait!! I've got short hair- $25 for a wash & trim - bargain! ' It's fantastic for the plain old, wash, color & cut ' - generic everday hairdressing & nails. Don't be afraid of the 80's ambience, staff super friendly, but please note - for most English is their 2nd language, please be patient when communicating what you need. It's across the road from Springvale train station, give them a try.

Worst customer service. Not even listening to the thing what customer is saying. Very bad manicure not at all worthy. It is unworthy waste of money overpriced in just few hours of manicure I lost paint. went in and showed the lady what i wanted and she TOOK my phone to show my design to some other woman and then told me a solid colour acrylic set would be $55. she said “it’s too many steps” i dont recommend this place at all it sucksService:&nbsp;Manicure

I highlighted my hair with them which is hot pink but when I wash my hair all colour is gone and my hair looks not pink and looks awkward when I call them not listening. And also done my sons hair cut which they cut  not good and lady continues said thats not easy not easy job you understand not recommended that place

Very welcoming, lovely friendly staff. Clean and professional, have been getting my pedi and medi from here for awhile, Lily is my fav technician. Got my hair coloured too. Amazing, feel a few years younger, Sandy and Lily are very passionate at their work. Thank u ladies  recommend sorry forgot to take photos of my hair was how excited I WAS

Nails is good,quick,they have good and professional equipment but the eyelashes. Disaster. The staff only know to do full set classic eyelash. That's all. Doesn't matter what do you ask them to do, natural, curl, etc. She just gonna do classic full set eyelash. Staff member also didn't wear facemask and coughing, so gross.

Great service and very friendly staff.. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they totally satisfied my expectations.. very clean and nice area. Perfect for your beauty needs..

The price on the walls don’t match the price they charge you. I was charged $110 for acrylic manicure refills and shellac pedicure. She was full of smiles telling me about taxes and paying by card and it’s not her fault etc. basically a great place to go for daylight robbery and I won’t be going back there again.Services:&nbsp;Manicure

The prices were different from website. I had manicure and pedicure In manicure they didn’t touch the hand just cleaned the nails    and in pedicure just one time brush on underneath that’s all I had SNS the corners are not done properly the girl seems in hurry and just finished it. Totally disappointed pay them $90 Totally wastage of money and time. Not recommended Services:&nbsp;Manicure
