Hollywood Nails Service

So ... been coming for over 20 years & now booked in elsewhere!!! I was told today that 1 x staff member only there 3 days is the ONLY person who can do acrylic nails?? She stated that no other staff can do a basic acrylic refill for short, square nails. Mind you has done it in the Past Very surprised that a nail salon would have staff that can't do a basic, popular service. Obviously, nil mention on website either that they only have 1 staff member trained. LOST a LONG TERM, LOYAL customer today! Below was my old review : Always get my nails & pedicure done here. Been going for years. Cindy does a great job.

Ask for Cindy! Had my sns removed and reapplied, tried their new ombré option. Cindy was able to shape my nails to my liking, the application was not too thick. Applied moisturiser to my hands after the service too.

Good quality nails done at a reasonable price. : Would definitely come back when I can’t go to my usual place. But I don’t think it was good enough to replace my usuals.

I just got my shellac removed the day before. They re-use their nail files. Do not get manicure there. I got nail fungal infections on my finger nails now. Look at my fourth finger. There is an emerging white patch and it's getting itchy now.

I had an sns with fake nails. it was an awesome experience. Maybe if you go on a day go on the weekdays because it’s very busy on those days. i really liked the fans you put on your nails. The colour selection had a lot of different types, that was good. They were really nice and gave me $9 off. it used to be $39 and she made it $30 for me. It was a bit hard to understand the girls. Overall it was a great experience and i recommend going

Ask for Stephanie! I got sns and she gave me exactly what I wanted. She also took her time to make sure each nail was even and not too thick. The best acrylics I've ever gotten! Had a great experience and definitely coming back

Two ladies did my waxing for half arms this morning. One of them was extremely rude and doesn't care about her customers. I definitely won't be going back there. Pretty disappointing service!

Cheapest SNS manicure in The Glen by $5 but golly gosh, I DO NOT recommend this place! Over the period of time that I was at Hollywood Nails a few customers walked in - this caused all four of the staff members to panic and the lady doing my nails began to rush and hurt my cuticles and hit my hand multiple times with a nail file! The end result is so disappointing... my nails hardly even looked shaped and the SNS overlay is bumpy at best... wasted $45 and because it’s SNS I’m stuck with the worst manicure I’ve ever had for at least a couple of weeks!! Also: they do not accept card just for the moment I think but not a single sign warning so.
