This review is specifically for men.  The staff were very friendly and approachable. Overall service/experience was good. The only problem is that they charge a premium price for men $60 when they don't specialise in men's hair. At this price point, I had really high expectations and was disappointed to say the least. If you're a man who is serious about hair cuts, go to a specialised barber shop which is still cheaper than $60. Otherwise save your money and go to a cheap hairdresser. You'll get a similar looking haircut at a third of the price.

I've been attending HL for a number of years now and hat off to Daniel for doing an amazing job every time I went there. But what's driving me away from HL now is the Prices $. They keep going up and up! Due to this, and Daniel resigning, I'll be going elsewhere.

They're absolutely friendly and did so well with my hair considering that I had half shaved hair!! When it was all done, it looked like I didn't half shaved hair at all!!!!

Great team of highly skilled and award-winning stylists... high quality work a d free coffee! Can't beat it!

5 star service and a nice hair cut. For men's hair cut I paid $61 so I think it's too pricey, hence the 4 stars

Ted is brilliant.  Great colourist and talented with curly hair.  Nice caring guy too.

Absolutely love this Place. The Staff are amazing, so Friendly , so clean and a Pleasure to enter into.
