Iits very annoying when you had confirmed appointment and no one is there. I had appointment on Sat 10th march at 11.15. But wnen i reached there nobody was there @ salon. I waited there half an hour apnd then left.. its very unprofessional.  They not even told that they will be closed. Why yhey book my appointment then???? .. not jappy at 0all
