Paul and Steve have moved our hot tub three times in the last 3 years. Each time it is done with care, attention and amazing service. They have overcome obstacles and thought creatively to save me the cost of a crane where possible 2 out of 3 when access has been a challenge. Always punctual, respectful, and really nice blokes. I cannot rate them highly enough and am so glad I found them. Now get all the chemicals from Paul, and Steve does the spa clean and services.
Paul Spaman is great. So much so, this is the 2nd spa he has sourced and installed for us. Nothing is too much trouble to please the customer, he and the guys who work with him are a really great bunch and we are yet again blown away by the way he operates with great integrity and customer service that you just don't seem to find very often these days. If you want truthful information / recommendations on what you need within a very competitive package price AND an accurate timescale for sourcing and installation then he really is your go to guy
Paul is a true professional. From the helpful no pressure initial visit when we were just dipping our toes in the spa water world to the purchase and delivery. We have felt supported along the whole journey , and continue to do so post delivery.
Best customer service ever. Quality tub. Even sorted me a neat sparky to hook it all up. Supplier Paul went above and beyond to sort out the installation of my spa and I couldn’t be happier. Also, light up glasses are a welcome add on!
We purchased our hot tub from Paul at Southern Spas over 16 years ago. Throughout this time Paul has been nothing but a consummate professional. We've had chemicals, new covers and maintenance over the years and it's always been a delight to work with someone who offers the personal touch at Southern Spas.
Paul and his team provided an excellent service. Reliable and helpful from start to finish and always on the end of the phone for advice. Very professional and efficient. We needed a crane to relocate our tub originally bought from Paul and they made an almost impossible task look easy! 100% recommend
Paul at Southern Spas came to our rescue at short notice when another company let us down. He safely collect our hot tub from Salisbury and delivered to Cornwall. He went above and beyond and I am so grateful. Fantastic service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
The "SpaMan" Paul was recommended to us by a neighbour who already had a Hot Tub and we never looked back. Paul visited us to discuss requirements/siting/ extras etc,. gave us a good price and took us through each step of the way. He advised electrical requirements and gave us the name of an electrician who had worked with him on many occasions. He kept us in the loop throughout the process of ordering, transporting our tub came from USA and installation. Once installed, we were fully briefed on how to balance the chemicals needed to keep the water clean and safe. No issue was too small for our SpaMan and he is always willing to pop in if we have any queries. We fully recommend Southern Spas based on our own experience. Thank you Southern Spas!
After receiving a recommendation to use Southern Spas, we cannot fault one part of the service from Paul and his team. Great from start to finish and would highly recommend to anyone.
We were extremely impressed with the service given by Paul - our spa was not purchased from Southern Spas and is several years old so we requested a service visit. Paul cleaned up all the jets and checked it all over and we ordered a new cover. This was delivered, again by Paul, for no extra charge and we cannot speak more highly of his friendliness, helpfulness and care. We will certainly use the firm again when necessary and highly recommend it.
