Attention to detail! Very lovely spa that does it well, you get drinks and a snack with your booking. Sit back and speak while you take in the beautiful views of Queenstown peak. Changing rooms are available. Very clean and very well ran.
This place was incredible! We had the most amazing soaking views and then truly the best massage we’ve ever had in our lives. If you’re looking for a relaxing and lovely experience, I highly recommend this place. I was only sad that they were booked out through the rest of our trip so I couldn’t come back.
My husband and I opted for "The Ultimate Relaxation Experience" and it was absolutely incredible! The original Onsen was amazing and we felt so welcomed from the second we set foot in the door. It was also our first time receiving a professional massage, so we were a bit nervous, but immediately felt at ease when we met our masseuses. They were so kind and made us feel comfortable! Plus, the massage itself was wonderful. 10/10 experience and we will definitely be coming back the next time we're in Queenstown!
What a lovely evening! We enjoyed a blissful hour at the Original Onsen, and I'm grateful for the overhang cover that shielded us from the light sprinkles. The experience was truly enchanting, surrounded by captivating views, wine, and chocolate. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Queenstown. The added convenience of the downtown shuttle was particularly appreciated, especially for those without a car.
This place is quite simply incredible. The service from start to finish is fantastic. The atmosphere is calming and very relaxing. We booked a private soak first and the experience is breathtaking. Amazing view and options to gets drinks and food to complement the experience. Then we had a couples massage booked afterwards. The massage for both me and my partner were the BEST massages we’ve ever had. There is no doubt why this place is always so popular. 100% recommend!

My husband and I did the Serenity soak followed by a full body massage. The soak was lovely with exquisite views. I will say that the temperature of the water was perfect for me however, my husband does not do heat well and found it a little hot. The full body massage was magnificent. Was both of our first time having a massage and it was so relaxing. The massage therapists were very kind and friendly. They did a wonderful job. My body feels amazing.

Outstanding. The service we got was just perfect. Staff were so friendly and the hot pool for 45 minutes before spa treatment was unique as the view of the river and countryside was stunning. The spa treatment was one of, if not the best we’ve ever had. 100% be back next time we’re in the area. Fully fully recommend.
Such a calm, relaxing and lovely place with views over the valley and river, the private hot pools were peaceful and spacious for the two of us, with gentle spa music playing and birds chirping. We had a couples massage bespoke for my husband and hot stones for me which was wonderful, our therapists were very good at what they do and we wish we could've stayed an extra hour or two! We will definitely be back in the future, perfect for celebrating special occasions with a loved one or a friend or two.
