Rude stylist. Been there once never again I asked if she could do a bob cut for me and showed her some photo inspiration but got shut down by the stylist and lectured me that it was not a bob cut. And i apologize bec i dont know the difference amd names of hair cut styles. her voice can be heard by other guest. Very humiliating. i forgot her name but she was quite old with glasses, blonde if i remember correctly.Service: Hairstyling
Good service. Store manager Tania is from the UK and she’s very patient and was able to deal with the Asian’s hair very well. Thumbs up!
Horrible South African woman working in there, the worst customer service I've ever encountered in my life and the most careless, rushed haircut I've ever received. Really unpleasant to talk to so I did my best to avoid conversation, massively condescending and I think it'd be in the business' best interest to get rid of her.
Good reputable salon but overall the stylists could have take more time to get to know a new client and listen to them. The colour was way off what I usually have done and the cut was ok at best.Services: Hair coloring
