Story

Hi/Kia Ora

I am Marielle, a beauty and massage therapist with over 15 years experience. I am originally from Burgundy in France. Country where I started, and got my very first diploma in beauty and esthetic in Lyon.
I Have been working around the world. From the French Alps and Corsica, to the crystal clear waters of the Indian Ocean and Caribbean islands. I have settle down in our beautiful Aotearoa/New Zealand, and have been part of the Queenstown community for the past 5 years now.

I have always worked in luxury spas and environment. Learning and working with the best people and businesses in the industry through the years, gave me the chance to build my skills and experience to a top level.
As a result, I set myself very high standards and aim to deliver to my clientele the best quality and savoir-faire in the services I offer.

My time has come to be independent, and share with you my expertise in this cosy and unique treatment room in the heart of Queenstown.

Showing interest in plants and their benefits; but also being aware of today’s society ecological and general health concerns. It was natural for me to start with organic cosmetics in my salon.
The Kiwi brand World Organics uses supercritical extracts to offer the best from the plants for the best results.

I have started going to the beauty garden to get two tattoos lasered off, I am seeing good results and I am only at my third session. I am so grateful there's actually a place in QT that offers tattoo laser and Sarah is amazing, not only the nicest person but extremely professional, hygienic and experienced. Thanks so much Sarah, I cannot wait for these tattoos to be gone forever :
It took me a while but I wanted to share my experience about that place! Marielle is such an amazing beauty therapist. She is well trained, super nice, she makes you feel like you're at home and offers a perfect service! Always focused on your needs. The beauty garden itself is a beautiful room, where you can totally relax and rely on Marielle who's gonna make you spend a good time! This is definitely the place to pamper! I lived in Queenstown a year and a half and I would have never go anywhere else than here for my monthly wax! She also recommended me other treatments that were perfect for me! And I regret I didn't have the money to do other things like massages... This is really good value for money! Definitely the beauty saloon that I would recommend if you're a local or if you're just in Queenstown for a short period of time! I'll be back :

Visited The Beauty Garden recently to get wedding ready and really enjoyed my experience there. I got my nails, brows done including a facial and massage and walked out feeling amazing!!! Sarah is wonderful at what she does and made me glowing for my big day!
What a beautiful gem to have discovered on my trip to Queenstown. The Beauty Garden is a gorgeous, warm and inviting space like a little hidden secret just on the edge of town. Sarah the new owner is very skilled and knowledgeable, and has such a caring, warm and gentle manner. I had the most divine 90- minute facial with her which included a beautiful massage whilst the mask was on, and also got a lash lift which was perfectly done. Couldn't be happier and would recommend this place for some 'you time and as a place to relax and recharge the batteries. I will be sure to visit again the next time we are in Queenstown! I had such a wonderful experience here; I’m travelling and really wanted a bit of pampering. Luckily Marielle was able to fit me in at the last minute as she’d had a cancellation. I had the most relaxing bikini and underarm wax I’ve ever had. Being greeted with a warm welcome made me feel immediately at ease; Marielle is so warm and friendly; the salon is immaculate and has a lovely atmosphere and the wax itself was speedy with minimal pain. I will definitely return here if I find myself in Queenstown again and highly recommend to everyone.
