I highly recommend this Imaging service. From initial appointment making, right through to climbing out of the machine at the end, I received gold standard service and support. I am really claustrophobic and get terrified by CT scan and MRI machines, and I was so cared for and guided by the radiographers who ran the scan on the day. I was blown away by it. I also was impressed by superb administrative efficiency and caring, especially given the practice is incredibly busy. If you have any loved ones who are wary or easily stressed by these procedures, you can rest assured that the staff here are so caring and patient and understanding. I won't forget it.

I had a wonderful experience at this practice. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist Michaela apologies if I got the spelling wrong greeted me warmly and made the process smooth and easy. The practice itself is new, very clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere.nnThe staff are all polite, professional, and punctual. They carry themselves with calmness and good manners, taking the time to explain everything clearly and step by step, which I really appreciated.nnA special mention goes to Karen, who performed my ultrasound. She has such a soothing voice and such a calm presence that she immediately makes you feel at ease. Even though I wasn’t stressed to begin with, her manner made the experience even more comfortable and pleasant.nnI highly recommend this practice — everything from the environment to the staff is excellent.nI went to Mernda Town branch of SCMI.

All the staff members from receptionists to the two technicians that did the scans were kind and professional. Felt like I'm in good hands. The appointment was on time, no delay. Calm and respectful environment.

I requested a DEXA scan. I did not realise how much in demand they were. Thanks to the lovely lady who coordinates the appointments she sorted it.

This was our first visit to SCMII.  My wife went in for a spinal epidural and right from the start we were very pleased with their service.nFirst impressions always last longest and the smile on the receptionist was so welcome as my wife was quite nervous. Very often we are confronted by impatient, scowling & rude medical receptionist staff. Not today.nThen Lina, a friendly & very professional nurse took her in and explained the process so clearly.nWhen the procedure was finished she took great care to ensure that my wife was ok and had her rest in a recovery cubicle where the doctor  Dr Andrew  clearly went over what they did and what to expect during the next day and weeks. This truly highlighted their  professionalism.nI thank them and fully recommend SCMII Radiology clinic.
