Highly recommend this place. We needed an urgent xray for our 2yr old. We didn’t have an appointment but the receptionist and the technician, Ben, were happy to squeeze us in. Ben was great and engaging with our son doing his best to make him feel comfortable. Results were delivered to our GP within a few hours. Highly recommend and would go back if needed.
Got communicated the wrong info about the cost of an ultrasound. Was told the cost will be partly rebatable by medicare but in the end i had to pay full price. I have double triple checked and even offered to pay before the scan to make sure the claim went thr. Would not have gone ahead if i knew i would be paying in full. Very disappointed. such an emotional ride for someone who is trying her best to make informed financial decision
My partner called to confirm our appointment but this female receptionist Monday gave us a sassy attitude and very rude, everytime I call and ask some questions she would give me a sarcastic response. I've never experienced this kind of reaction from a receptionist before. I hope the manager will take care of this.
The receptionist was super helpful and reorganised my appointments. I didn't have to wait long either. Very happy with their service.
They were patient with me as I had an appt for my 15 week old & were lovelyn& they were on time :
