Very positive experience. Receptionist was very busy with phone calls but maintained a professional and friendly manner. My CT scan was also handled in a friendly and professional manner.
Really happy with my experience with them. Nice and professional radiologists. They also send results to the doctors.of your choice quite fast and efficiently.
I'm not sure if the receptionist working the day shift on Monday March 4th was having a particularly bad day or if she has something specifically against disabled people, but I honestly can't remember a time I've ever been spoken to so rudely. She acted as if I were a piece of dirt whose existence violently offended her. I couldn't leave quickly enough.nAlso, this place is the only one in the area that requires a booking for an X-ray. Every other place you call tells you to come straight in, but SCMI needs an appointment and if you dare to come in without one you will face the wrath of the rude receptionist with nothing better to do than scowl at and talk down to random would-be patients.nnI went down the road and around the corner to Imed instead where there was no wait time, the staff were lovely and they bulk billed me.
I have recently get a MRI done for my knee and came to know i have got an ACL rupture, tried calling them for the actual images report and went in such bad condition to collect a CD which is supposed to have the images yet it doesn’t work, the medical centre is claiming their are no images you need to request SCMI itself for the images. They are so polite but totally of any use their services paid so much money, yet asking me if i can come back again being not able to walk at all to collect the damn evidence of my MRI which i need to book in my surgery back in home country. How can it be so difficult to help your patients and go a bit out of the way understanding their health and condition, is it fair to make your patient call you and request you 10 times in a day that even the medical centre claiming the CD doesnt work? Why should i still suffer being temporarily disable to be a medium between the medical centre and SCMI to give the damn evidence of my report. $500 is a waste of money straight here when they cant provide a copy of actual mri scan a physical copy i mean……..nso disappointed, actually pay a bit extra and get a better service.
Staff friendly. Appointment on time. Process straight forward. All good.
