Love this place! Lovely ambience and a great relaxed place for drinks with friends. Have tried 3 bottles of wines from there and although each is different, have thoroughly enjoyed each. Generous snack too which was perfect with the wines.
Good customer service feels like an understatement given the team is so friendly and down to earth. Will definately become a regular customer~

Not impressed with service at all - giving 2 stars because we enjoyed the ambiance and wine was not bad. We - a party of 4 - arrive shortly before 10pm on a Saturday and ask if we can sit in the courtyard (the front/inside was rather empty). The server/hostess, a redhead, tells us “they are about to close” and makes us wait to see if it is okay to be seated - mind that we have arrived more than 1 hour ahead of the closing time of 11pm. We get the reluctant ok and proceed to the courtyard, where 2 separate parties enjoy their drinks. It quickly becomes clear that the place would have been a lot busier if the staff did not actively discourage patrons from coming in. The entire comment and making us wait simply smelled of ‘we just want to shut the place and go home’ as opposed to welcoming us and providing superior customer service for the 1+ hour they still had on the clock on a Saturday night (!). As if this was not bad enough, it turned out this redhead was utterly clueless about the wines on the menu, went back on 2 occasions to get the answer to basic questions she was unable to answer (such as do you have any white wines with skin contact?) but never returned. Never came back to check on us and ask whether we want another glass or try something different either. Management of this establishment needs to invest in talent that are above mediocre when it comes to both customer care/service and wine knowledge. Once that happens and they reach out to me I would be willing to go back and - if I have better experience - update my review. Until then two thumbs down.

This cosy wine bar is our local favourite (though would be worth the trip for!). The owner is friendly and attentive, and the food is divine. The menu is small but everything on it is delicious, and all that you need at a wine bar. There is a great variety of wines, and the many visits we have had we have never not liked one. Food is well priced and the servings are generous - the hardest part is deciding which cheeses to have!
