The only thing sonic about this group would be an association with sonic the hedgehog.  Booking times are irrelevant,  they should operate as a government agency, booking times for line marking

There’s no such thing called appointment time in this clinic. You will wait for more than 2 hours. Would give 0 star.

Took an appointment at 12:30 arrived at 12:20 and even after 1:40 still waiting for my medical checkup.

Great service, I'd appreciate if I was given a heads up that the waiting time  is usually longer than 30 mins though

I thought poor reviews were exaggerations... until I experienced this myself. Booked medicals at 7:30am, doctor walks in at 9:00am and sees me at 9:15. I end up leaving at 10am. No respect for people's time. Best advice: do not attend this clinic. For reference, I've taken medicals in other clinics of another organisation... 40mins in total, tops!

I honestly think the people leaving 1 star reviews are sooks, or impossible to please. Like they would Boo Santa Clause...  I found the staff and service here has been excellent. I've now been here several times for pre employment medicals, and have always found them to be thorough, friendly, and professional.

Remember to hang up properly before you whinge about your customers who are contributing to your wages!! Spoke to 3 different customer service ladies from Laverton North to adjust a booking I made for their clinic. First lady confirmed she made the changes however their online system wasn't reflecting the changes so I tried to edit and it cancelled the appointment all together. Immediately called back and spoke to another lady who said the timeslot was taken and she couldn't assist. I then receive a phone call from the 3rd lady @12.26pm on the 12/10 who tried to assist, after no success I mentioned it was ok as I did manage to secure an appointment 30mins away from where my candidate lived. She was  super nice and went to end the call, she did forget to hang up properly because I heard her saying. *She should've just said that in the beginning* the purpose of my call was to keep the appointment with Laverton so my candidate didn't have to travel 30mins away if he didn't have to.

I was told a potential employer was who I had to ask for a copy of medical check results. The employer told me it was sonic health. I bounce between two phone numbers and emails, and then have an entire day go by with no response after I finally submit the proper form for it. Leaving me stuck waiting a whole weekend before I can even try calling again.

I received a missed call from them minutes before a long weekend. Because they didn't leave a voicemail message I did not know the reason for the call and was left to ponder it over the weekend.  When I called them at 8:31AM on Tuesday their phones were still on public holiday mode. This is despite the fact that the public holiday ended the day prior and that they were supposed to open 61 minutes ago.  It should not be difficult to take the phone system off public holiday mode.

I will give -5  stars if possible. Not enough doctors and other staff. I wait here for 2 hrs for my medical. Will not recommend to anyone
