Terrible wait times, 75 minutes sitting in the waiting room and counting. Overbooking to make more money but at the cost of the patient. Don’t book your employees in to this clinic.
Took 3.5 hours for medical after done follow-up was required from my doctor details were sent through I chase up with sonic for 3 days called in the morning to see if assesed to be told doctor not in yet and will be here later still no response they are playing with peoples livelhood and stress still havnt got back to me
I was dreading the worst when I saw all the negative reviews, however on arrival, I was served immediately, and was promptly given the appropriate paperwork and instructions. Not long after I was called for my initial screening, and not long after that, the doctor signed off on the remaining assessments. The process was quick and painless despite a full waiting room. I found the team; reception, physio and doctor to be courteous, professional and efficient.
Went in for a pre employment medical and it took over 1 and half hours to see me then only 20 minutes to complete the medical.nThey then sent the results to the wrong email my employer who was waiting for the results which took 3 weeks. I thought I didn’t get the job because the results took so long. I hope that they up they’re game because they’re making people wait way longer than expected and to send the results to the wrong email was completely unprofessional.
Visited here to complete a medical clearance and hearing test as needed for starting a new job.nThe girls on the front desk were super helpful and the nurse and doctor very thorough.nThe whole experience was efficient and my results were forwarded straight onto my employer, I didn't need to worry about anything.nnReally great place
