I'd recommend this medical center, I needed to have a Doctor to prescribe antibiotics for my grandbaby my medical center couldn't/wouldn't help said others were the same blah blah.... I had asked locals before and some said Laverton was good so I rang explained the situation she fit us in within half-hour and Doctor Tai was who we had lovely Doctor would definitely recommend. Receptionist was a little short at first because of Medicare card and his name but after that still recommend this center
I personally want to recommend Dr. Judith. She is such a kind and experienced doctor that I had meet forever in Melbourne west areas. My son was experiencing difficulties in breathing after his COVID-19 second dose and he is 7 years old. I rang up many medical centres but no one ready to take him but Dr. Judith gave the best treatment to my son and he became able to breath normally in 30 min85% he started feel better . I want to say a big big thanks to Dr. Judith and the receptionist who dealt us very kindly.
The receptionists at this centre are incompetent. - Cant send info to the correct emails or give out their own email correctly. - Cant book appointments without mixing up who the correct patient to be called is. - Don’t pass on emails to Doctors when asked. Some of the Doctors are consistently 45 minutes or more late with appointments and reception never advises patients of the expected delay. - Confidentiality of medical issues is not valued. - Even after being a patient for some years, doctor cant remember important basics of the patient. - Cant treat anything themselves, cant read xrays or test results; can only increase drugs or refer you to specialists you cant afford. Really not happy today!!!
Tried to make a appointment after my 1st vaccination gave me chest painsstayed in hospital overnight that haven't gone away after a week. The reception told me that they aren't accepting anyone not double vaxxed and then hung up. I am shocked and disgusted while sitting here with chest pain and high heart beat.
The receptionist was very unpleasant, asking me who’s my regular doctor meaning not at this practice. I transfer my medical note there over two years ago. I hope I don’t coming across that receptionist again ! To a surprise to me there’s one lovely receptionist, you’ve to be lucky to pick the right day.
Took our 4 month old daughter in today to have her weight measured as she has been having some issues with putting on weight. Firstly we waited for close to 45 minutes, and when we finally got seen there was no apology for running late. Then he proceeds to tell us that they do not have scales for babies... When we made the booking we told them exactly what the appointment is for, so clearly the reception staff are not adequately trained in what services this medical centre actually offers. Here comes the best part... The doctor then proceeds to weigh our 4 month old by holding her and standing on scales himself, whilst she is fully clothed and has a nappy on. What a joke of a doctor and an overall bizarre experience.
Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Glad I found this little gem Went in for flu vaccinations after using previous Super Clinics, which are rubbish. The doctor helped to make our visit pleasant and distracted our 3 year old.
Some the doctors just do not help you !!going to try the another doctor Judith .... unreal this doctor is always late and forgets my problems and so on really fed up but its the closest thing for me by travel... now Dr Kieran Keane has rejected anyone un -vaccinated at this clinic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! None of the doctors are allowed to treat their regular patients if un-vaccinated!! i hope they lose from this !! unreal they take the medicare money its not even a private clinic then they make their own rules becuase of one insecure doctor does he know that vaccinated can catch covid just as well????????????? the vaccinations are not working well at the moment!!
Denying medical treatment to patients because of vaccination status. Lady Deb on phone stated it was Dr Keen who put this rule in place.
Wonderful, understanding & genuine Staff and Doctors who really see the illness as a personal issue for the patient and I was so pleased to get this from the clinic. I attended three other providers for Department of Veteran Affairs issues in other locations but found Dr. Keane to be the most understanding and pleasant clinician I have met in many years.
