The serviceman was great; kept me informed, did a great job, couldn't fault him. BUT, the support staff have been done away with, you cant even phone the branch any more. This is a very bad move - those guys run around all day- they shouldn't have to be doing paperwork and front of house miscellany. If this is a cost saving measure - it will have the opposite effect - customers and exhausted staff leaving.

Great service with mobile repairer who replaced my window screen. Easy to organise and turned up on time and completed it in a very timely manner. Many Thanks

I was really impressed with their professional service, the technicians were very pleasant and phoned me personally when my car was ready. They mentioned they would change the wiper blades (before I had to ask them) after the last place I got screen changed, my brand new screen got scratched right through my vision! I'll definitely be back. Thanks Smith and Smith Te Rapa

Fast and friendly service but the rubber on my car got damaged during installation of a broken back window and I only noticed this when I got home. Disappointed in this.

Many things damaged while installing windscreen, wouldn't even negotiate a solution. DO NOT RECOMMEND
