I had a car crash back in April, I went through my insurance and Prestige was chosen by them to fix my car. The first time I was suppose to get my car back on a Thursday but that didn't happen because they missed the repair on my rims so I only got my car back on the Friday. On receiving my car I noticed the bad repair job they did. I had clear coat drops on a few places, two of the cracks were still visible. When I handed my car over to my insurance I gave them two clips that broke off my bumper that mounts my bumper to my car, the clips were not attached and where they broke off were just smoothed. The pumper was sagging and the over all job was done very poorly. Luckily my husband is well educated in the brand of car that I drive and he could tell me what that the clips were not fixed. I went back to my insurance provider to show them the bad work that was done. They assured me that this was going to be sorted that I was going to get a new bumper, that everything would be sorted and that prestige would pay for my rental car. Two weeks went pass and I had to call to find out what was going on? When they were going to replace my bumper? It just happened to be that they called my insurance provider that day to say that they received the bumper and was ready to fit it. When I got my car back the bumper was fitted but the fenders did not fit properly and there were gaps between the fenders and the bumper so I had to go back to my insurance provider to show that it was still not right! They called Prestige and I was asked to drive to them so they could have a look at it. They said that the fenders did not fit properly and had to order new fenders, we also agreed that they would pick my car up from my place of work fit the new fender and drop my car back to me. almost another two weeks passed and I had to call them to find out what was happening, again they were just about to call me to arrange a time for me to DROP my car off as they will need my car for two days. I specifically said to them that that was not what I wanted and that was not what we agreed on. Their response what that they need to paint the fenders. I was given a courtesy car but that still does not make up for the inconvenience they have and are still causing me. I called this morning to say that I will need my car after 3pm as I have a very busy afternoon with kids sports and dance and was told my car would only be ready at 4:30pm. I said that was not going to work and I was told that I was given a courtesy car. If you did a proper job when you first fixed my car I wouldn't have had to bring it back a second and a third time! The worst service ever...
