2 star as it took 1hour less than said it would for a wof and service was told 2.5-3hrs. Things on printout not completed- window washing fluid not topped up and no added solution. Tyre shine not applied. Brake and steering fluids left on low. Air filter not cleaned and duct pipe left off. $99 service costed $194 and $55 wof failed at $46. Quoted $50 to replace brake lights bulbs and 150 to replace already new headlight dip bulbs. All went out at same time so it's not the bulbs as I've checked. Not good enough.
Called in the morning, explained new to area. They said bring it in today or tomorrow, whenever suits me best. Took it down same day, got a text early afternoon giving and update and asking if I wanted to proceed. I said yes then a text an hour later saying ready for pick up. They found that it was less work than they first thought and their bill reflected that. Thank you so much will for sure be bringing our other vehicles when needed. Good guys and very accomodating would highly recommend
This is my regular. Front desk is absolutely amazing. To date I've never had an issue with my car WOF, servicing or maintenance. They give me options for issues and don't just go with the priciest one. They have courtesy vehicles and are next to McDonald's so I can do the stallies when I'm getting a quick job done On occasion they also have deals on Grabone which makes things even more convenient

These guys are amazing, so helpful, nothing it to much trouble, they're trustworthy always do a great job and its reasonably priced. The office staff are so helpful and explain everything clearly. They do a reasonably priced service and WOF as well, they're definitely my Go To mechanics!
Had my WOF done here, they failed me on all 4 tyres. I proceeded to get my tyres checked at VTNZ, AA and my local tyre shop all of which said they were perfect. I then went back for a recheck and passed the WOF without needing to change the tyres.
