Very obliging on the phone but lack of follow through sticking to a time of arrival booked (late 3.5 hours) and had to ring him...no apology. Also technician failed to replace a engine top cover nut which was presumably lost during the job. Quibbled honoring the quoted cost on-site and failed to come back to me with a replacement part cost after visit. Maybe a bad day? given the ratings on other reviews.

So Far so good, my bmw Z3 dropped 2 pulleys and also the serpentine bands snapped, I rung Fauster and he was prompt, efficient and had me towed from my location in a matter of minutes. I am told the car will be ready on Monday afternoon, bearing in mind this happened at 2am on Sat  Im pretty happy and the price was affordable and less than i would have had to pay if I booked it in to the garage. Well pleased .

These guys are awesome, my car/pride and joy HSV Clubsport blew out the water pump on the way back to Auckland to drop a mate off at the airport, as it was Sunday we were royally screwed and looking at flights, tow trucks and rental car options. No garages were open, then I found these guys. He opened up his garage for me on a Sunday so I didn't have to leave my car on the side of the road (my AA Membership didn't really help as they were useless) anyhow, they even gave me a free courtesy car to get my mate to the airport, fixed my car up to run and sound better than new! I don't live in Hamilton, but I have dealt with enough mechanics in Auckland and over the years to know these guys are top notch! Thanks a heap guys, really appreciated.

Great service and even great guy. wasn't long after I called him he showed up, hastle free over the phone. shows up at home and gets straight down to work on the car, now my car is up and running thanks to the bro. I recommend you give these guys a call if your broken down at home like I was or anywhere for that matter. even better they operate weekends too, and still cost friendly, will deffs use again.

At 11pm, got stuck between Auckland and Hamilton. 
One call and Fauster did it all. Great job, great customer service, and when he finished, it was a great drive home for me.
