A very busy time for them. Could not get the car in for a week (windscreen replacement) but would definitely recommend them to any one. Very happy with replacement and customer service both on the phone and at the centre.

I don't want to shame him by mentioning his name here so it will be better if I don't. However, the service I got here was horrible met with a cocky arrogant glazier who told me that he's the manager when he's only a worker there. He would not go through with the repair work even though it was requested by my insurance company and also argued with my insurance company on the phone telling them "nust remember who knows more". Took a day off work and had to deal with this..dissapointed Smith and Smith and Botany should be better.
