The staff are so friendly and the service was extremely efficient. Was told at arrival that it could take about 2 hours and was done in around 40 minutes. Also replaced the windscreen wipers. They have an amazing work station and coffee and tea if you need to work from there while they're busy on your car. Enjoyed the experience and they were very good at communicating what to expect.

Super helpful and friendly staff at the Penrose branch. Booking system was easy. Having a place to use your laptop guest wifi and work while you waited was fantastic. Coffee available, clean bathrooms...timeliness exceeded my expectations. Will definitely recommend.

This is customer service, nice attention, nice environment, professional advice, price is really competitive, one the best customer services I've ever had in Auckland. I highly recommend these guys
