I own that car and was the person who attended the original glass install. So you are mistaken there. When the side mirror glass was originally installed, I was not informed there would be any difference between the two side mirrors and as tape was covering It initially which had to be left on for a while I did not notice the difference initially. A phone call was made to auto glass representative who advised they need us to bring the car in to take a look. 45 minute drive to your premises. I don't mind paying extra for a solution otherwise we would not have come all the way to you. When we arrived the customer service received was on the rude side. 

So you can have your 1 star and we can go elsewhere for business in future.

Hassle free, quick and easy to replace my wing mirror for my car.  Both staff members were nice and great to deal with.

very rude staff, he didn't even clarify the problems very well. We wanted to solve the problems but we were very shocked about that staff's behaviour . We felt like he just wanted us to leave instead of solving the problems. We were very polite to the staffs and no any argument happened. He said he doesn't even care about the $50, which I think it's not the way he should treat his customer.  What you should do is to think about how to provide a good service to your customer and apologise instead of blaming your customer. We have the right to change the rate, but at this stage, still 1 star.

Fantastic service, next day booking. 1.5 hours including drying. Courtesy car, nice waiting room. Kiwi business, fast and friendly family team. Beautiful results. A+ Thank you.
