I came in today 3/02/2023 at around 10:00am - 11:00am onwards & Got my Subaru back window behind the passengers seat all fixed because it got cracked & they did a great job !  Cost $550 which is cheaper than most places ! Fast & efficient , didn’t take long even  if it did take long .I don’t mind waiting cause the price was cheap & affordable for me ! But thankfully it didn’t take long , Manu one of the workers was a great guy & helped my father & I get our car window fully fixed . Thanks Manu ! From my dad & I we thank you so much & to the guy who answered our call & booked us in straight away thank you so much !  I rang yesterday & got booked in today ! You get booked in right away ! Which is great especially if you need your car done straight away this place will do it in no time !  I just found out about this place from searching online for glass replacement places . I rang all around for glass places and found this one ! I’m new to this place & I can tell you this place is by far the best  glass replacement place . Need your car windows fixed come to this place  !  It’s very cheap & affordable.  They sure do know what they’re doing ! It Isn’t  busy here , we were the only car getting fixed so waiting time is definitely  not bad here .  This review is coming from a new customer , so if you’re new here and reading this review yes I’d highly recommend this place & you bet ! This is my go to place for my car  from now  on . Called to see if I could get a crack repair booked in after having them recommended by the AA mechanic I had just been to. I was immediately met with "how are you going to pay for this??" before even finding out their availability. Booked in with Smith and Smith instead who were very friendly and happy to take my booking.

Prompt efficient service and lovely people to deal with.

Made a booking 15 days prior for windscreen replacement. No one called or showed up to do the replacement. Followed up via phone call and i was advised they are having technical issues and cannot to do it.  Not recommended!!! Stay away

I called for help with a temp fix or guidance which I would have gladly paid for but was shut down by the person answering the phone. Totally un-kiwi like and rude. This is not how you should run a business. So sad..but would not refer anyone to them

The only place that had my 1/4 window in stock and who could get me sorted over the weelend regardless of  horrendous weather. Great service and excellent workmanship from Ravi who was friendly, informative and helpful.

Took a bit longer than I hoped to get fixed but did an excellent job when finished.

Awesome and friendly service. One of the best service in NZ. Thanks AA

They dont answer the phone... Why say 7 days 24hrs?
