Not a great experience. I have dropped off a window to be replaced and was told it would be ready by 4:30pm. At 4:35pm the premises were closed and we need to sort out something to cover the missing frame and window overnight and I need to be late for work tomorrow as i can't leave the house with a missing window all day long. I will NEVER use Howick Glass again even if it means waiting/travelling longer.

Great customer service. Had a small job I thought would be about $50-60 and it turned out to be $25.  Had to get a minor trim to the glass done - no charge.  Great team to deal with; highest customer satisfaction rating well and truly deserved.

I didn't meet one of the guys from Howick Glass in person. But everything went perfectly fine, order acceptance, workmanship, and communication via email and phone. The price was highly competitive.
I very much recommend Howick Glass.
