Simon is an excellent trainer and his group fitness classes are fun and effective. He adapts the exercises to suit different fitness levels and work around any injuries. The gym classes contain enough variety to prevent boredom, and enough consistency to ensure that all the key muscles get a serious workout. The group is very welcoming and the classes cost effective. Best of all, I can enjoy watching the sunrise over the ocean at Coolum Beach while training.

Simon was a great trainer and created a fun and safe environment for me to start training again. After having my second baby SSPT gave me my confidence back to get fit again.

Great and varied workouts. Heaps of times all through the week. Very fair on price and calculating sessions used. Uses amazing locations around Coolum. Would highly recommend Simon and SSPT. Great trainer which translates into a great crew at the sessions.

Personalised training with benefit of group vibe. Loved the varied locations outdoors and whatever Simon said.
