Really exciting atmosphere, the trainers are fun and energetic through the class which makes you work and push harder. I'm sure in every review the view and location is mentioned, it is one of the best gyms with a view. Seeing the ocean and the sun rise is a perfect way to start your day.
Great setup, nice staff, group classes push you along and its super friendly. No two workouts are ever the same. I really enjoy going.

Friendly, dedicated and motivated trainers will guide you through a different workout each day. The workouts are enjoyable and challenging and will have you seeing positive results in a few weeks. Spacious workout area with a view of the ocean. You may be lucky enough for some whale watching during the morning classes.

I love training at F45, great location, innovative workouts, friendly staff and motivating team environment. We are so lucky to have this caliber of gym right on our doorstep. You have to try it to experience the cool vibe, there's nothing like it! F45 is the place to get fit, get results, stay on track and train alongside some pretty awesome locals that care about their health and well being. 10/10! We were visiting the Sunshine Coast for a holiday and wanted to continue our F45 training to help off set the festive season. We are annual members in Melbourne and would like to thank the Coolum team for looking after us, making us feel welcome and pushing us during our training sessions. Keep up the good work and we look forward to visiting the studio again when we are up there next time.
Super friendly and knowledgeable trainers who know how to give just that right amount of motivation... push you enough to get great results while respectful of your choice to choose your own pace. If you're looking for a professional, fun and welcoming place to get fit with an excellent view than come try it out.
Value for money from this friendly, spacious gym with a great outlook toward the ocean. A must if you are looking for a no bull workout that will test your limits. Go at your own pace as the class sweeps you along with a full body blast every time! I took a rest day yesterday back in action today. Addictive and you leave feeling great.
