Would not say the best experience. It was suppose to be a beginners class, but found that most participants had been attending for years. So not a beginners area if your looking for that. Limited stretching and breathing techniques given. A bit disappointing and I did attempt for 6 weeks, but suggest if you are new…try somewhere else.
