work out on my terms? I don’t think so. Harrassment and lies more like. I have been a member of Jetts coolum since it opened, I was a very regular member, paid my fees and fulfilled my role as a member. When i wished to make reasonable adjustments such as transferring gyms as i was moving towns I went into in the gym in person, provided information and thought of course they would process that information and do their job. But they didn’t, even after i found out a year later and requested for them to rectify it twice on the phone. No one could ever return my calls. I rang back and oh I dunno, If i’m going to a gym for a year, I would except my payments to go to that gym as that seems I dunno, logical and ethical. But when I put it to Nambour to sort it out Coolum still wouldn’t transfer it to them, with the Manager Ross plainly lying saying I was quote “training in Coolum Jetts on thursday afternoon “ (27th February-which is odd because I was at uni and live in Nambour and don’t have my own car) I keep receiving messages with false claims from Jetts Coolum stating I have overdue fees and my membership card has therefore been suspended. I tell Nambour and they say that I am able to use my card and everything is fine, they are talking to head office to action what Coolum doesn’t want to do, even though it’s their job. They simply will not communicate coherently with their colleagues. So if that’s how they treat their own, I’m now not surprised at their treatment of members. Nambour has had try to cancel my membership as Coolum simply wouldn’t do as requested by myself and Nambour. So I’ve technically cancelled, yet after that coolum still attempts to take payment from my account even though I’ve signed a severance form. So I have to go to the goddamn bank to stop Jetts from taking undue payments. I even considered shutting down the account-still considering since I received yet another incorrect text. So thanks for the consistent inconveniences, I love having to do your job for you. Your customer service is so decrepit and well, non-existent. Stop texting me, Don’t ring me, you have officially reached the point of harassment. You harass people. I’m going to go the consumer commission and/or fitness Australia if you do not back off. So you unethical capitalist liar, thank you for re-confirming my lack of faith for ethics in gym culture, you are no health club (duty of care where?) you are a greedy soulless illogical bourgeois business. I betray my integrity every time I set foot in your dysmorphic toxic environment.

No hot water in the showers and no staff around during "staffed" hours. One star is generous.
