Sila is one of the kind which serves a cup of hotttt coffee as default temperature. Absolutely standing out when most of the coffee shops in Victoria serve a warm easy drink latte. The owner Dom is a super nice Italian guy making beautiful coffee with a fabulous classic Italian espresso machine. Enjoying a cuppa from Sila is kinda part of culture of our workplace.

The perfect cafe for an amazing toasted sandwich, coffee and sweet treat. The original vintage decor and retro red vinyl chairs make Sila Espresso Bar a great experience

The perfect coffee and sandwich! I've been making the journey back to this place for many years, even when I lived south of the river. Dom is a true artist on the old school coffee machine.
