had some great times here, creating some great memories and made some wonderful friends
Stayed for 5 nights. Quiet, family oriented park very close to the beach. Heaps of young children running around who occasionally are a little noisy, laughing giggling screaming etc which didn't bother me at all, but may bother some. Lot's of free electric BBQs, spotlessly cleaned every day. $60 a night for a powered site, 2 Adults and 1 Child. Toilets/showers are cleanish but could be cleaner. Showers are nice and large but hot water service is woeful. Either scalding hot to freezing cold, I found it almost impossible to get it right. One night, 11:00pm shower got set right, then went cold and stayed cold for over 10minutes until I was done. I am not a Spartan!! Well located close to beach and town.
Great location right on the beach. Functional facilities but somewhat dated. I would stay here again given the location but don't expect anything amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. A little expensive for what you get acceptable.
When you reach Shipwreck Bay Holiday Park, you reach nirvana. So many great times in this coastal haven. The area has so much to do and caters for everyone. The beach is first class. Can't wait to be back.
Good location, good sized camping spots, can do with amenities update. Nice and close to the beach, BMX track and parks. Staff friendly, but they can work on their comms from head office.
We stopped in for fish n chips, note we did not stay here. expensive chips were soggy and the fish was just frozen fish portions similar to what you could buy at you local super market
Good holiday park on a great location, we liked it. But: Only BBQ, no camp kitchen. So if you need one, be aware.
Facilities are average for a caravan park in a tourist town. Can be noisy up to 1am, security staff ignore the 10pm noise curfew
Love this park. Right on the beach, doggo friendly and clean amenities
So good, relaxing, clean, family friendly, alot around for all ages, just love it so much
