If you have a collectible car or bike you'd be a fool to insure with Shannons. They will (suncorp) treat your pride and joy with work repair times equivalent to a 1980's Sigma. An absolute joke of an insurance company. There's a few really good alternatives, do your homework. An I only gave it 1 star becuse I had to these imbeciles desreve nothing.

Shannons was an excellent choice for my bike insurance after having a bad experience with Swann and QBE. Staff here are very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced in classic cars and motorbikes. Recommended 10/10, shoutout to Linda at the front desk for making my insurance registration a smooth process!!!

Dealt with many insurance companies in my line of work. There are none better to deal with than Shannons. Very friendly staff and prompt. Have a couple of home policies through them and have recommended to others.

Rang to see if my particular circumstances re a vehicle could be insured. Mentioned that I was thinking of auctioning it next month or keeping it in the brick garage. Just because I mentioned auction operator became rude and wouldn't listen to further explanation because I mentioned auction. Bad for business. Rudeness of male operator wasn't appreciated. Going elsewhere for quote.
