Customer care is really bad in Marion Branch. Staff having really bad attittude which forced me to go to a different provider within the Westfield Shopping Centre.

My friend recommended me to get extra 90 insurance there but the staff lady seems had different interpretations of their policy and said No No No…. Well hello bupa then!

Clean and cosy, mostly tucked away from mall noise, friendly staff. Never had to wait long. Just have to navigate through a busy Marion and shoppers to get to it.

I dont know, I can never access the place within working hours due to their idiotic opening hours.. Just one day a week til 6ish guys cummon
