Recordings spruke "at Bupa we want lives to be happier," "We take pride in providing high standard quality care"... 10 minutes 39 seconds to be responded to... then transferred.. even though following initial prompts..... My work day and personal time is just as valuable to me and this experience was not an example of "provision of quality care"!
