Ordered through uber eats, they made an error with one of the pizza's. Complimentary pizza, delivered to the house and with an apology. Thanks team, well done and will definitely be our local moving forward.
It was the first time I went to Shagy's and my expectations weren't high. However my experience turned out being one of the best in Elwood. There were 2 things that I really liked: 1. My order was for take away, and once I received it, I opened the box by accident and all my pizza ended up on the footpath. One of the staff members saw that and went to speak to the rest of the team, who decided to make a new pizza for free. How good is that? 2. I'm gluten intolerant and have been very unlucky finding good gluten free options, especially pizzas, however, this one was delicious and for sure I'll be coming back. Thanks Shagy's team, I really had a wonderful experience with you guys.

Great classic Ham and Pineapple pizza. The Aloha with added jalepenos never disappoints. If you think Pineapple belongs on a pizza, this is the one for you.
Elwood & the surrounding areas best kept take away secret !!!! Shagy's have nailed the authentic Italian taste in both their pasta's & pizza's especially the sauces The menu is quite extensive catering to everyone's needs & their portion sizes are generous. Good fresh quality food with an affordable price tag. Also, great customer service, the staff are hardworking & friendly.
Passable flavours and reasonably priced, better that a lot of the other locals.
