3 STRIKES YOUR OUT!!!! .Ordered delivery three weeks in a row. week 1 and 3 Driver stood at bottom of stairs calling me to come down even though I had tipped them already. One time the store called and asked me to come and pick up my own pizzas. Get some Drivers. Pay them Properly, train them, youve lost me. To their credit, the food is good if you order in store and eat it fresh. Even if it was an issue every second time. I would not complain. but 3 times in a row. Also... telling customers that the pizza is out for delivery early to keep up the stores "stats" when you can see the driver on the map returning to the store. The data you collect is to improve things so stop manipulating the algorithm
Wow! What a turn around this store has had, never have I seen it so clean and so friendly. Pizzas where hot and fresh and the staff were friendly and seemed to genuinely care about providing excellent customer service. Will definitely visit again, has changed my stance on dominos entirely!
I've been ordering from this store 3.5years, since i moved to Balaclava. I had two pizzas and wings. Half of the wing was cold like straight from the fridge. Can't believe they served the cold wings, they should've told me, they miscounted the wings and asked me to wait another 10mins, i would be happy to wait.
Since I received a free coupon for your subpar service, I tried phoning your store to place an order, but I was advised that I might have dialled the wrong location. My local Domino's number was saved, but I checked it again, and it was the right location. My call was disconnected and never picked up again after a 7-minute hold period. I have never had such terrible service from Domino's, and I have no intention of ever using them again. Please don't send vouchers to your customers if you don't want to own your errors.
DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY. I made a small order online to get delivered in St Kilda East. It took over an hour to get delivered. I called them once after 30 mins as the ETA said an hour which I’ve never experienced before. The store told me it would be another 20 more mins as they were busy with 30 orders. It ended up taking another 45 mins to arrive. They shouldn’t take delivery orders if they don’t have enough drivers and should at least notify customers. This is the 3rd time in a row that the order has been late, but over an hour is ridiculous especially for the distance. You’ve lost a customer and will be looking elsewhere next time.
Don’t usually like cheap pizzas but wow these pizzas are delicious! I ordered a pizza 15 minutes ago and it has already been delivered guys. Wow! How impressive is that! Cheap, fast, delicious. And great delivery system. Currently eating my garlic prawn pizza and loving life. It doesn’t get much better than this. Cheers guys!
Highly recommend this store, the new franchisees are very professional, friendly and pride them selves in providing the best service they can.
Literally the guy at the shop canceled my Uber order Becuase of the weather, tho there’s nothing wrong with the weather, and then hung up on me when I told him I was coming to pick up the pizza

Worst customer service ever they messed up my order and when I called to get a refund on the pizza they messed up I was spoken to horribly and have spent hundreds there in the last few weeks, GO THROUGH AT KILDA NOT ST KILDA EAST
