Such a cozy winter warm energy and aesthetic. Had an amazing fire place upstairs right next to the tables. The cracking of fire is a vibe.nnJess and Nancy were so accomodating. It was cold outside and I was craving a warm tea, and even though there was no tea on the menu, Jess went above and beyond and brought me one over. Both women are a great faces for the brand. They made sure that we felt welcomed and were such kind energy.nnThe food was perfect. The sticky date was amazing on a Sunday winter night. The bread and dip and Mac & cheese is a must do.
The atmosphere was great and the bartender was lovely. Unfortunately my Oyster Mushroom Fettuccine pasta was undercooked, and some of the fettuccine stuck together, making it a bit hard to chew. Not really what you want from a $30 meal.
What a lovely little gem on a cold wet night. Sunday roast with all the trimming. Yumm.. The bar staff where busy but still very efficient and very little wait for a delicious meal.nnThe fish and chips was very expensive for what it was and very heavy handed with the Dill. But the roast with the Yorkshire pudding was yum. Rotating roasts as per the website.. will definitely be back ..
Beer is great, food is nice and atmosphere is nice as well, but an hour and 20 minutes for an order is not acceptable, really slow service, even in the pathetic Aussie super slow standards
A nice place in the Melbourne domestic terminal after security just before the boarding gates on the good court. It is always nice to have a beer before to board the flight and chill a bit while waiting for your boarding. They have a large selection of beers on the tap which make this place super interesting. They do serve small pint large pint and a jug incase you want to share with friends. Try out the next time you fly out of Melbourne.
