On 16th Nov nearly at 7.30 p.m. I been there with my Son. Service is very slow and not upto the mark professional. We had asked for 2 footlong veggi delite, she was not putting enough veggies even. Then I had asked for tosties for my son, asked for 1 side cheese garlic n other side avacado. It wss completely hopeless. Not tosted properly n very much soft. Hand over to us without asking for salt paper n with very bad face. Not at all customer courtesy. Hopeless place but that's the only in Balaclava so been there.

Ordered double choc cookies, got complete different ones. Ordered cheese and sauce on our subs, didn’t get either. Very disappointing

I strongly dislike this place, bad hiegene and disgusting food. This place stinks and you can smell it from miles away. It's a dump long story short don't go there, make your own sandwich.
