I did my driving test there with PAUL and he was screaming and yelling at me which caused me stress. IDK why he was so rude and pissed off like he had such a bad attitude with indicates his low level of professionalism in the workforce. Furthermore I could not record my test to provide evidence to other seniors and staff working of his rude and disruptive behaviour. DO BETTER!!!!
I did my driving test here and had an amazing experience with Anthony. He was so polite and directed me during my test clearly and with patience. The first time my examiner was someone else don’t want to mention the name and he was behaving so rude and bossy and illogically strict, but second time had a great driving test experience with Anthony.
I live far away, so I took an earlier train and arrived before 8 a.m. At 8:05, I saw the doors on both sides were closed, and I was the only one there. I was worried the doors wouldn’t open, so I took a photo and consulted my teacher, who assured me they would open. I waited outside until 8:30, and when the red light on the door turned green, I opened it and went inside. A staff member told me it hadn’t started yet and asked me to line up at the other door. I explained that I was the first to arrive. She initially doubted it, but after I assured her and planned to show her my photo, though it wasn’t necessary, she believed me. She was a long-haired woman with silver-gray hair. I was the first to get a ticket and was assigned to counter 8, where a short-haired man with glasses assisted me. He even reminded me to take my phone before I left. The entire process took only five minutes. I didn’t catch their names, but I’m truly grateful for their help.
Workers seem to be overworked and was directed to four different workers just for a driving test. Miscommunication is very common and their standards are different to what is labelled in the NSW websites. Maybe not so much this facility's problem, but still, I thought that the government procedures of this first world country were a bit smoother than this.
I keep coming here to do my drivers test but my instructor is always Paul. He always fails me on the most stupidest mistakes such as not turning right fast enough even though it was not safe to turn. He clearly wants us to crash.
