About

Coeliac NSW/ACT was established to provide support to those with coeliac disease or another medical need for a gluten free diet.

Story

With a membership of over 6500 people we are focused on enhancing the quality of life of people requiring a gluten free diet.

Our office is located a short walk from Waitara Railway Station. Plenty of unrestricted street parking is available in Yardley Avenue and Unwin Road. You are welcome to drop in during office hours which are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Mission

Our mission is to assist and educate individuals, families, friends and the wider community regarding coeliac disease and dermatitis herpetiformis

Products

Through membership, information is available about the gluten free diet, ingredients, where to buy gluten free food, recipes and cooking, eating out, overseas travel and research. Activities such as information seminars, the Gluten Free Food Expo and children's events are held throughout the year.

McDonalds Singleton NSW, I am one of the fortunate residents from Singleton who has been able to try the Gluten Free Menu, I do not go there often, mostly when the grandchildren are here, I have found the staff very helpful, I have found out though, by evening they have a tendancy to run out, (I suppose this is a good thing) I would like to see a vegetarian option, as Singleton especially, has a lot of vegetarians, one evening when we went there they did not have anything made up, the manager instructed the staff member to make me a cheese and tomato foccacia, which suited me down to the ground. It would be great to see more stores providing this option.
