I parked for approximately 1.5 hours entered around 5:30 pm and exited at 7:05 pm on Sunday 22 March 2026, but was incorrectly charged for a full 24 hours $30.nnThis is a ticketless, sensor-based system, so there is no justification for such a major error. The entry and exit times should be accurately recorded. I tried calling the station before exiting but the lady couldn’t hear me. I had a was in rush due to personal reasons so paid the fee to leave.nnVery disappointing experience. I would not trust this car park unless billing accuracy is improved. Currently seeking a refund - I don’t like it when my time is wasted.

They just scam for money. They collect money, but no money to put the sign that carpark close at 6pm from entry.nWhen calling them, first time they said $25 for call out fee to open the door.nSecond time call another person said $125 for call out fee and have to wait for 1.5hrs. Ridiculous. Never park in any secure parking anymore.

The place to park all day in Parramatta. Easy no ticket access. Food sized spots. Recommend

Overpriced $30 for one hr. Check the terms. I parked one 1 hour and was charged $30. I used the automatic licence plate reader in and out. Payment at the boom gate showed $30. I needed to leave so will try contesting it by phone call but this seems inordinate.

Excellent car park very convenient if you work nearby or came for shopping.
