Overpriced $30 for one hr. Check the terms. I parked one 1 hour and was charged $30. I used the automatic licence plate reader in and out. Payment at the boom gate showed $30. I needed to leave so will try contesting it by phone call but this seems inordinate.
The place to park all day in Parramatta. Easy no ticket access. Food sized spots. Recommend
Excellent car park very convenient if you work nearby or came for shopping.
Has owners changed? Appalling phone customer service, staff laughing and gloating over not being able to exit as card reader faulty. Tried to exit immediately after noticing ridiculous price increase. Card reader not working. Not answering calls. Not answering intercom. Eventually get through. Phone operator wouldn't listen to issue. Refused to allow us to leave unless we make a payment. He refused to acknowledge conditions of entry or policy. See photos. Spoke over me and hung up on my call after laughing.nOnsite staff are helpfu though.
NEVER AGAIN. THIS IS GONNA BE MY FIRST AND LAST TIME TO PARK HERE. I parked for 4 hours on a Sunday so it should be free as stated. Then when i put the ticket on, it said that the ticket cannot be read. I tried multiple times and called for help on the buzzer but there was no attendant available. I did this for around 15-20mins. UNBELIEVABLE. So i paid $27 for a lost ticket instead just to get out of the parking lot.nn++++ I read some people had the same experience based on these reviews.nnAs we can see the recent reviews are usually just 1 star so that explains how terrible this parking lot is.
