The Eat Street Car Park was a pleasant surprise. Parking fees were reasonable, and it was incredibly convenient to the places we wanted to dine at. The location made it easy to get in and out without much hassle, which is always a plus when you're on a tight schedule. Overall, a solid option for parking if you're heading to the Eat Street area!

Well lit, easy to find parking in the heart of Parramatta.  Ample parking spaces available.  Older parking facility. Sometimes unclean. Needs better painting and signposting. Does not accept phone payments so need cash or credit cards.  However you'll find banks in and around the corner to withdraw cash to pay. Pricing is very reasonable. Overall good experience.

Many operational problems with the technology.  Unable read the ticket that was issued at the entry just an hour ago.  No response to the calls through the machine. Unacceptable  level of service.

Super convenient for parking near restaurants in Parra! Always have some difficulty getting out but staff are really helpful and available. Worth it!

Constantly have issues with the ticket not reading or the gate not working. Takes forever to exit.
