The Eat Street Car Park was a pleasant surprise. Parking fees were reasonable, and it was incredibly convenient to the places we wanted to dine at. The location made it easy to get in and out without much hassle, which is always a plus when you're on a tight schedule. Overall, a solid option for parking if you're heading to the Eat Street area!
As a volunteer in Parramatta at an historic museum, I usually park in the Eat St car park and, although I usually have to drive up 3 floors, I usually find a spot. After seeing a sign today stating that cash will no longer be accepted, after Feb 7, I will not be parking there again. For older drivers and for those without cards, this rule regarding legal tender is very unfair! While I'm aware that many young workers use cards as mode of payment, cash remains legal tender!
Well lit, easy to find parking in the heart of Parramatta. Ample parking spaces available. Older parking facility. Sometimes unclean. Needs better painting and signposting. Does not accept phone payments so need cash or credit cards. However you'll find banks in and around the corner to withdraw cash to pay. Pricing is very reasonable. Overall good experience.

The paper tickets are very poor quality and often don't work. The help buttons on the pay stations are not answered, so are of no assistance when your poor quality ticket is unrecognised.nnWhen you get to the exit gate and call the support number, staff from the call centre struggle to understand what your saying and will ask you to repeat the number on the ticket multiple times, all whilst angry commuters are honking at you and yelling abuse because your taking so long.nnTwice this has happened to my family recently. Incredibly unprofessional, cheap stingy company. Park.somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.
