I was trapped in this car park for almost two hours. They don't take apple pay and refused to let me out literally trapped me in there and didn't offer any alternative to paying. Every time I contacted support through the intercom a new person would speak to me and tell me something new - it was so painful trying to communicate with them. Eventually I was able to get them to call my partner so that he could pay over the phone. They put him through to a robot and each time he inputted the credit card details the call just dropped out. Then we had to go through the whole process again. He tried on three different bank cards and each time the same thing happened. I also tried to contact them from my phone and the exact same thing would happen - you input the card digits and then the phone line just drops off. The people on the intercom then tried to tell me that it was my fault and that my bank was declining the payment so I needed to call them we tried on three different bank cards so absolutely no way is that possible it was just your dodgy system. I have anxiety and started to feel claustrophobic because they bolt you in with this huge gate so after about an hour of being trapped I stared to hyperventilate and become extremely distressed. No one would help me. I was literally begging over the intercom and I just got ignored. I tried to contact secure parking Australia and waited on hold for 30 minutes so ended up hanging up. I also missed an important work engagement. It got to the point where my partner was going to catch an uber from our home 90 mins away just to bring me my bank card. It was totally inhumane how I was spoken to and treated and of course theres absolutely no way for me to make a formal complaint because theres zero contact information online. Disgusting car park avoid at all costs!!!!
The most awful traumatic experience happened to my sister trying to get out of this car park. She was stuck in this car park for almost 2 hours because the people that run the car park refused her credit card payment. She had a valid form of payment and they refused it, and trapped her in the car park for no reason, causing her to have a panic attack and she missed a very important work meeting. This is absurdly ridiculous and I am making a formal complaint.
Reasonably priced parking within an easy walk to the Parramatta CBD. Once inside the layout is a bit confusing at first, but once you know your way around it's OK, but there's some weird things like the pedestrian exit once parked is a bit dodgy, doesn't take phone payments, and a weird door see in pics
Drove all the way to the top. No spots. No signs indicating the car park was full. Drove all the way down. Put my ticket in the machine, and I was charged the full day rate even though I could not park. Pressed the assistance button but poor speaker and language issues made communication impossible. Ended up having to slip through the gate behind another car. All in all a total failure on behalf of management. Judging by other comments here with similar issues, management does not care, so neither do I. I will never use this parking facility again.
Although this carpark is conveniently located close to the Parramatta train station, the parking spaces themselves are extremely narrow. Furthermore, the ramps going up and down the levels are also very challenging to navigate due to the tight spacing - be aware of your turning circle.
Close to Paramatta train station, but not a very convenient location for other parts of city. Bit difficult to find your way in and out as roads around are confusing.Road Infront is one-way so need to plan your route properly. On a business day morning up to level 4 easily gets filled.

No NFC or phone based payments. $10 Flat rate when I went during work hours. Close to Parramatta station and Parramatta library.
They lock your car in after their closing hours and even though they display a number to call to get the doors remotely opened the line isn’t managed. My partner spent half an hour trying to contact them because his life support machine was in the car. Took two people calling on repeat for any response.
