Went to collect a parcel, they hadn’t a clue what they were looking for and had a young boy working like 7 years old. After telling them 3 times it’s Zara they still couldn’t find it! After eventually getting it they asked for ID I just went through all the above and you think it’s not my parcel.. I got angry and the spotty man and old lady were extremely rude! What a joke! Avoid!
I went to collect my parcel there today which went smoothly. Then they called me later that day to let me know that I had dropped my wallet outside their shop which was really kind. Luckily I keep my telephone number inside my wallet. The staff were friendly and so nice and kind.
This is a furniture store in Colindale Avenue, but it's also a UPS and DPD collection point. The drop-off procedure is simple and straightforward. You just hand in your parcel, they then scan it, and then they ask if you want a receipt, upon which they send an electronic receipt via SMS to the phone number you give them. The staff are friendly and polite. And they're helpful and considerate when you're faced with time constraints. Their help and assistance is appreciated!

Bought a mattress from Sea Horse more than 10 years ago, fantastic product and still excellent quality. We bought one for our son today and the service was excellent and the team made the extra effort to make sure we got the mattress on time. Thank you so much and see you again next time!
Lovely small store, staffs are welcoming and friendly. I went there mainly for dropping off a large DPD parcel where many other DPD points refused to take due to thw size apparently. I call Seahorse Furnite store and ask them they confirmed its fine. So look no further and don't waste ur time carrying ur parcels to drop off at another DPD stores, just come here. They also have interesting home decorative items,, wooden furniture's etc. Will visit again. Best regards
Good customer service and caring staff. If u r in or near Edgware and have a DPD parcel to drop off very large item to small don’t bother going to other stores as they repeatedly refuse to take my large parcel due to its size. But thanks to Seahorse Furniture DPD brach I feel relieved as carrying it from one place to an other was tiring and frustrating. So look no further and come here instead as that’s what I will be doing going forward. They have a interesting home decorations items and some furnitures in store. Will be back again. Hope this helps everyone looking for easy process and get on
Went to drop off a packet for return by ups. Always polite and friendly. They know what they are doing.
Shame on you people, I was need it a empty box to send a parcel and you ask £10 for a box that you throw away, in a time like that you should help people not be selfish. I will make a complain to HR because you don't deserve to be in business.
Just went there to grab my package from UPS, and even that took a while. There were no costumers in the store, but still the owner was always wondering around and answering the phone. The store itself looks like it stopped in the 80's.
